A group of 37 students from the Electronics & Communication Department, Government Polytechnic Jamnagar, accompanied by faculty members A. M. Bhatt Sir and R. K. Borsaniya Sir, visited the Saurashtra University Startup & Incubation Center (SUSEC) and the GTU Design Innovation Center – AVPTI Spoke Fab Lab.

At SUSEC, students interacted with startups working on drone development and brushless DC motor manufacturing, gaining insights into cutting-edge technologies and entrepreneurial journeys. At the Fab Lab at GTU DIC Spoke AVPTI Rajkot, they explored design innovation practices and fabrication tools, experiencing how creative ideas transform into real prototypes.

The visit enriched students’ exposure to innovation, entrepreneurship and practical applications, helping them connect classroom learning with real-world industry practices and inspiring them to become future innovators.
