Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) is a centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS), governed by MHRD, govt. of India which aims to provide strategic funding to eligible state higher educational institution and organize various programmed to support ST, SC and OBC students to improve skill sets and help them to merge in the main stream.
